You'll receive ample support to solidify your new positive beliefs and set personal goals for lasting change.
A PSYCH-K® follow-up session lasts up to 60 minutes, allowing you to reflect on your progress and identify any new limiting beliefs.
Together, we will work to transform these thoughts, ensuring your positive changes are supported with clear, actionable steps. You'll receive ongoing support to check your new positive beliefs and plan future actions.
